Bookkeeping Staff

Job Description

  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting department
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Adhering to established accounting principles, policies, and procedures
  • Performing other account and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • 1 Year of experience in an accounting assistant or similar role is advantage, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
